At Kosmos Restaurant (the name means "space"), we strive to present Balkan cuisine in a contemporary way, using just the right dose of "cosmic weirdness", but always paying deep respect to our "control center" - Mother Nature.

At Kosmos Restaurant (the name means "space"), we strive to present Balkan cuisine in a contemporary way, using just the right dose of "cosmic weirdness", but always paying deep respect to our "control center" - Mother Nature.

Our inspiration comes from traditional and forgotten recipes, as well as from local products, whose roots can be traced back to the time of the Thracian civilization. However, our modern outlook is evident both in the way we present the food and in the interior of the restaurant.

Our goal is to create a place where people can, even for a short time, escape from everyday life and feel truly good. We offer nutritious and extremely tasty food, prepared from products that many would probably not choose in their everyday lives.

The pleasure and surprise we create are never the obvious choice. Every day we challenge ourselves to expand the boundaries between the past and the future and to bring the Earth closer to the vast Cosmos.

In other words – we cannot be framed or defined by labels. Cosmos cannot be explained – it must be felt.
